Video calls and yes chats, too, are the way to go. We hire from across the country, and our processes are designed quite well for such interactions.

We are using useful collaboration tools like a whiteboard, screen-sharing to make the interviews challenging yet effective
4) Start where you are, relocate later
We are as strong as our team, so your safety is a priority. You’ll start your journey with Classplus from where you are, and we’ll support you at the time relocation
5) Remote On-boarding
Unprecedented times call for extraordinary measures. We are ready with 7 days super knowledgeable and interactive sessions planned for you with different teams.
